Mariko Jesse
Born in Japan, raised in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, Mariko currently splits her time equally between Asia and Europe, working as a freelance illustrator and printmaker. She studied at Central Saint Martins in London, where she is now an Associate Lecturer.

As an illustrator, Mariko has worked for international clients such as TIME, Vanity Fair, Tiffany and Co., and the BBC. She recently completed the permanent interior artwork of Cheung Sha Wan MTR station in Hong Kong, and has illustrated several books.
