Ordering

DELIVERY
We will speed your books to you by trackable registered airmail, wherever you are in the world, so long as you are reachable by road, rail or reindeer sled. Delivery is free of charge to all Asian countries (list here). For registered airmail delivery to all other countries, we add US$8 in postage for the first item, and $4 for each book thereafter, up to a maximum of $24.

(Note to Australians: you are not yet considered part of Asia by the Hong Kong postal service!)

In the case of gifts, you might want your order sent to an address different from your credit card billing address. That's fine by us, although the Paypal shopping cart may not allow you to enter a shipping address different to your billing address. If that happens, just put the order through as normal, and send us an email to tell us where you'd like it shipped to.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by cheque (in HKD Hong Kong dollars) or by Paypal and a range of credit cards in six major currencies: USD (US dollars), GBP (pounds sterling), JPY (Japanese yen), AUD (Australian dollars), EUR (Euros) and CND (Canadian dollars). Please note that payment by Paypal or credit card will be settled in these currencies at the prevailing exchange rate; the HKD equivalent shown on this website is for reference only.

For online payment, please click the Buy Now button below your desired book, which will add the title to your shopping cart. You can then continue to browse our website. When you are ready to checkout, just choose the View Shopping Cart link on our home page. Your transaction is securely handled by Paypal's payment system, with their fraud prevention measures applying throughout. Signing up for a Paypal account is an optional stage in the process but is not necessary.

For cheque orders (HKD only), please print out our order form and mail to us along with your payment.

DELIVERY POLICIES
We send packages by registered airmail, which is trackable. This generally requires a signature on delivery. If you are out when the package is delivered, the local delivery service will try again later, and if unsuccessful a second time, will leave a card for you to collect the package at the nearest post office.

If the package remains uncollected after 28 days, or if the address is incorrect, it will be returned to us. We can resend but we have to charge the cost of repeat postage. To avoid this happening, please take care to provide us with the correct address when ordering.
