DELIVERY
We will speed your books to you by trackable registered airmail, wherever you are in the world, so long as you are reachable by road, rail or reindeer sled. We offer delivery free of charge to all countries in Asia. For registered airmail delivery to all other countries, we add US$8 in postage for the first item, and $4 for each book thereafter.

(Australian readers, please note: you are not yet considered part of Asia by the Hong Kong postal service! Please choose the “outside Asia” shipping option).

In the case of gifts, you might want your order sent to an address different from your credit card billing address. That’s fine by us, although the Paypal shopping cart may not allow you to enter a shipping address different to your billing address. If that happens, just put the order through as normal, and then reply to our confirmation email to tell us where you’d like it shipped to.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by bank transfer, by cheque (in Hong Kong dollars only) or by Paypal and credit cards in all major currencies.

For online payment, please click the Add to Cart button beside your desired book, which will add the title to your shopping cart. You can then continue to browse the website. When you are ready to checkout, just click the Shopping Cart icon on the top menu. Your transaction is securely handled by Paypal’s payment system. Signing up for a Paypal account is an optional stage in the process and is not necessary.

For payment by cheque (HKD only), please put your order through online to get an order number, choose the payment by cheque option, and then mail us a cheque. Please write the order number on the back, so we can match the payment to your purchase, and make the cheque payable to Blacksmith Media Ltd.

DELIVERY POLICIES
We send packages by registered airmail, with a tracking number. This generally requires a signature on delivery. If you are out when the package is delivered, the local postal service will try again later, and if unsuccessful a second time, will usually leave a card for you to collect the package at the nearest post office.

If the package remains uncollected after 28 days, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, it will be returned to us. In the case of incorrect address, we can resend but we have to charge the cost of repeat postage. To avoid this happening, please take care to provide us with the correct address when ordering. Providing a phone number when you place your order will help ensure prompt delivery.
