We will speed your books to you by trackable registered airmail, wherever you are in the world. We offer delivery free of charge to Hong Kong and all other places in Asia. For registered airmail delivery to countries outside Asia, our website adds the equivalent of US$8 in postage for the first item, and US$4 for each book thereafter.
In the case of gifts, you might want your order sent to an address different from your billing address. That’s fine by us, although the shopping cart may not allow you to enter a shipping address different to your billing address. If that happens, just put the order through as normal, and then reply to our confirmation email to tell us where you’d like it shipped to. We are happy to include a gift message.
We accept payment by Paypal, credit cards in all major currencies, digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay, bank transfer or FPS, and also by cheque.
For online payment, please click the Add to Basket button for your desired book, which will add the title to your shopping cart. You can then continue to browse the website. When you are ready to checkout, just click the Shopping Cart icon on the top menu. Signing up for an account is an optional stage in the process and is not necessary.
For payment by FPS or cheque (HKD only), please put your order through online to get an order number, choose the payment option, and then follow the details on the page you are redirected to. (For cheques, please write the order number on the back, so we can match the payment to your purchase, and make it payable to Blacksmith Media Ltd).
We send overseas packages by registered airmail, with a tracking number. This usually requires a signature on delivery. If you are out when the package is delivered, the local postal service will try again later, and if unsuccessful a second time, will usually leave a card for you to collect the package at the nearest post office.
If the package remains uncollected after 28 days, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, it will be returned to us. In the case of incorrect address, we can resend but we have to charge the cost of repeat postage. To prevent this happening, please take care to provide us with the correct address when ordering. Adding a phone number when you place your order will help ensure prompt delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the book we have delivered is defective or damaged in transit, please let us know straight away, and we will either replace it at no charge or issue a refund. There is no need to return a damaged book to us; a photo of the damaged item will be sufficient.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment you used in buying from the website.
